Sales & Business development Manager Industrial /Country Manager

Our company, international automotive company, is looking for Sales & Business development Manager Industrial /Country Manager.
Main Accountabilities
- Define and align customer strategies.
- Develop the business in accordance with agreed business plans and targets.
- Report and monitors the actual achievement of such plans with the help of KPIs and standardized reports.
- Identify targets and opportunities support achievement of business plans.
- Develops and maintains customer relationship.
- Pricing, prepare quotations, and define pricing principles in coordination with Key Account Managers at locations worldwide.
- Negotiate Long Term Agreements, Warranty Agreements and contracts in coordination with locations worldwide.
- Manage customer performance ratings with regard to delivery, quality, and cost (for all sites involved).
- Provide input for yearly planning, quarterly forecasts and monthly sales projections.
- Manages his direct reports including agreement of individual objectives and definition of individual development plans.
Job Requirements
- Business acumen and customer orientation
- University degree in Engineering or equivalent field of education
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in international environment
- Ability to understand and explain the technical and commercial advantages of our products and to develop customized solutions with high value for the customer
- Capability to understand and prepare business and project plans
- Knowledge of product cost calculation and pricing tools
- Knowledge of market intelligence and marketing tools
- Organizational intelligence and coordination skills
- Negotiation skills
- Leadership skills, conflict management, communication skills
- Self-propelling attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- MS office skills
