Основные обязанности:

  • Achieving of area sales target via KPI
  • Cultivation of new account in your responsible area/ Searching  potential dealers in your region via KPI
  • A/R flow checking
  • Overdue control by your accounts
  • Credit limit control by your accounts
  • Follow internal rules
  • Working with actual (stand-by)  dealers outlet: keeping close contacts with  actual dealers to increase IHS
  • Support in holding PSR seminars
  • Checking  dealers’ stock situation by their WH capacity
  • Make and implement retail development plan (Developing new potential partners, planning new shop opening and supervising and supporting operation of our business partner’s shops, etc.)
  • Develop new retail support program
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by company
  • Report to PSR supervisor
  • Strong negotiations skills


  • Education background (university graduate): technical education or economic education could be a preference
  • English – (must be high level of comprehension, speaking, writing), Russian – native.
  • Skills
  • Good communication skills;
  • Good presentation skills;
  • Good analytical skills;
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Windows
  • Experience in SAP/R3  is a plus
  • Driver's license
