Regional Contributions Support Analyst

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting Account Manager in day-to-day client management;
  • Monitoring contributed data on the terminal, ensuring timeliness and quality;
  • Helping Account Manager to deal with internal and external queries and requests regarding real-time data;
  • Providing internal and external technical support;
  • Assisting Account Manager with troubleshooting pricing feeds.

  • Fluency in English and Russian languages is required;
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel; VBA knowledge is a plus;
  • Technical interest and aptitude;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team environment;
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role is a plus;
  • Financial and market knowledge is a plus;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business or in related disciplines/ or equivalent work experience.
