Partner Account manager


ManpowerGroup Russia&CIS and our client, large american Microelectronics seller, are looking for a Partner Account manager!


  • Account Management of the distributors in the market and act as their main contact on a daily basis actively support sales out.
  • Annual target setting and continuous follow up.
  • Train distributors on products, value add arguments and on our processes.
  • Evaluate and follow-up performance of each distributor, make strategic decisions and act accordingly
  • Recruit new distributors
  • Increase their sales


  • 3+ years of Sales and working with partners/distributors
  • Understanding of microelectronics OR lightning industry
  • Fluent English
