IT Recruiter

  • Engage active and passive talent and position The company as an 'employer of choice' primarily in functions such as IT and Technology, other functional areas assigned by manager
  • Expertly screen, assess, and recommend talent for approved positions for Russia
  • Build talent pools via strategic sourcing plans using a varied array of tools and resources
  • Drive the recruitment process by acting as a consultant to coach and guide managers throughout the process. This includes creating interview guides, feedback in greenhouse, owning interview planning and debrief sessions for candidates.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with hiring leaders while seeking to understand their complex and unique talent needs
  • Update/rework job descriptions as needed
  • Leverage data and reporting to inform key stakeholders using our applicant tracking system, Excel, PowerPoint, and other technologies or systems
  • Manage the full recruitment process and candidate workflow through Greenhouse
  • Conduct weekly one on one's with active hiring leaders and attend business staff meetings to position Talent Acquisition as a true business partner
  • Work collaboratively on special projects and hiring initiatives


  • Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on hiring engineering and technology candidates.
  • Information Technology and Software Engineering recruiting is required
  • Strong english skills are required for this position
  • Strong client relationship, negotiations, and consulting/influencing skills are needed
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently are necessary
  • Ability to coach others on behavior-based interviewing skills, facilitate recruitment strategy meetings and interview debrief sessions is required
  • Flexibility, sense of urgency, collaboration, courage, and confidence are essential
  • Ability to work with grace under pressure and have an adaptable work and communication style is essential
  • Experience recruiting for remote positions is a plus
  • The roles that we'll be hiring for are: Mobile Development, Front End Development, Back End Developers, Infra and Performance Engineers.
  • Technologies: .NET, C#, Microservices (Kubernetes), MongoDB, React for Front end candidates, iOS and Android for mobile candidates.
