Head of sales

As our Head of Sales Russia based in Moscow, you and your team will responsible for growing our business in the region by engaging with clients in the retail, travel and classified verticals.



Responsibilities:



  • Manage a team which prospect, evaluate, onboard and support mid-size advertisers and advertising agencies, initially being highly operational yourself in developing the region, whilst growing your team with great hires
  • Work closely with our technical team to launch campaigns
  • Closely track industry and product trends to stay at the top of your game
  • Analyze data and use it to effectively generate business

Requirements:



  • 3/5 years of experience leading a highly performant inside sales team and/or account management team
  • Experience of spearheading geographical expansion in Russia and CIS
  • Experience of the selling advertising or marketing technology services preferred, especially to mobile driven markets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with persuasive verbal and written communication expertise
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals and contributing to team success
  • Good understanding of the digital advertising industry and competitive landscape
  • Existing network from this specific region and experience dealing with high level stakeholders as point of contacts
  • Fluent English and Russia spoken and written
