Financial Specialist in Construction Department

Main Responsibilities:



  • Organization and control of the deadline for the preparation of financial documentation on the implementation of construction projects (the construction of new and reconstruction of existing stores and / or other real estate objects)
  • Assuming, registration and processing of construction contracts and consulting services (contracts, agreements, additional Annexes, economic lists, bank guarantees).
  • Receiving, registration and processing of primary accounting documents (KS-2,KS-3, invoices, etc.).
  • Verification primary financial documents from suppliers of goods and services.
  • Control over the timing of the signing of financial documentation (contracts, supplementary agreements, acts, invoices, etc.).
  • Timely provision of external and internal auditors with financial information on the implementation of construction projects, both on demand and on a regular basis in accordance with the company's rules and procedures.
  • Control of the documentation in the 1C program within its competence.
  • Verification of confirmations for quotations and invoices in corporate program.
  • Downloading documentation to the corporate program within its competence.
  • Control of the execution of payment terms for contracts for the implementation of construction projects through interaction with internal and external project managers.
  • Preparation and timely transfer of financial documentation upon completion of the project in strict accordance with the company's rules and procedures.
  • Analysis of financial indicators for new construction and preparation of a report on the results of the analysis.
  • Analysis and justification of the current budget expenditures for repair work with the provision of a monthly report on expenses to the financial control department.
  • Preparation of indicators for the formation of an annual budget for repair work in accordance with the company's approved plans for the reconstruction of existing facilities.
  • Preparation of reports to the senior management on financial documentation for the implementation of construction projects.

Requirements:



  • Completed higher education, ACCA or CFA would be advantage
  • Proven experience minimum 3 years on the relevant position
  • Management skills
  • User of PC, Windows, MS Word, MS Outlook, advanced level of MS Excel, 1C
  • Good language and communication skills (Russian and English). Fluent speaker. Negotiation backgrounds.
