A fast-growing international company obtaining a leading role in the market of warehouse logistics is in search of a candidate for the position Business Development Director

Responsibility:

  • Provide new clients (business)
  • Ensure the promotion of the image of the Group
  • Conduct marketing action for brand development in the local market
  • Complying with specifications and service standards, while prioritizing new technologies.
  • Search for new customers, development of professional network
  • Participation in tenders
  • Be able to quickly identify the relevant prospects for the company
  • Implement the development of the marketing strategy of the company
  • Drive and support the teams around common projects of the company

Requirements:

  • >5 years as a business development director/sales director in 3PL or cross-function areas
  • Knowledge of contract logistics (focus on warehousing)
  • Knowledge of the leading market players
  • Mastery of sales and marketing techniques
  • High level of negotiation skills
  • Good level of English (presentation, negotiation, etc.)
  • Personality: Self-motivated, autonomous, proactive, team player, daring, imagining, developing with a rigorous approach in the implementation and measurement of risk
