CEO/ Country manager (flooring)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and recommend sales volume goals, price and revenue targets as well as operating budgets for the total market area; its geographical parts, specific channels of distribution, customer groups and by product category.

2. Take total responsibility for the execution of the Company’s sales and marketing plans. Identify and schedule the tasks to be performed to attain sales targets and control operating expenses as well as assumes complete responsibility for the reporting and follow up.

3. Lead the Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to success.

4. Establish, maintain and develop direct and positive relationships with key accounts principals, distributor leaders and other major decision makers in their respective organizations. Ensure these customers are at all times aware of the Company’s offering of products, marketing programs, service and incentives as well as the Company’s competitive advantages to earn maximum sales.

5. Attain, maintain and develop a comprehensive understanding of the complete range of the Company’s products; their features, benefits and advantages.

6. Continuously develop all available support material and services the Company provides to customers to build profitable sales volume. (Brochures, Technical Specifications, Samples, Displays, Terms of Sale, Delivery, Change information, Accessories etc. including adaptation to North American conditions and tastes)

7. Travel extensively and economically to meet with RSMs, Distributor representatives and key retail accounts, to present and demonstrate the Company’s products, to improve Distributor and Retailers sales pitch and arguments for the Company’s products and services.

8. Build and maintain a comprehensive know-how of competing products and educate RSMs, Distributors and Retailers on selling the advantage versus the competition.

9. Formulate advertising and promotional action programs including discounts and sales incentives to accomplish set objectives.

10.Establish company standard operating procedures for the team and exercise own prudence as well as control all whole expenses; including submission of complete and accurate expense reports.

Requirements:

1. Work experience with construction materials in a managerial position

2. Ability to work for results, initiative, honesty, stress resistance, active life position, positive thinking

3. Broad outlook, ability and desire to solve non-standard tasks

4. Leadership and motivation of subordinates

5. Fluent English
