Business Development Manager (E-commerce клиенты)

Responsibilities :
- Develop opportunity pipeline and define new customer targets
- Develop and grow customer base to maximize profitable revenue growth
- Ensure good performance and sales productivity in accordance with sales KPI’s
- Drive high grade of service fully satisfying customer needs and their growing expectations
- Contribute to maximization of Company’s sales performance by supporting its development strategy, corporate values and culture
- Monitor competition and communicate / suggest measures to retain and increase competitive advantage and mitigate risks of losing customers to competitio
- Focus on profitability and ensure pricing is aligned with the Company management
- Contribute to planning and budgeting activities with emphasis to the market potential
- Experience in Sales management/business development (4+ years)
- Experience in B2B sales and knowledge of B2C segment is an important plus
- Experience in mail / logistics industry
- Experience in working within a large group of companies is an advantage
- Quick learner and willingness to develop over time is a must
- Ability to work independently to reach ambitious targets, self driven is a must
- Communication skills and team work capability is a must
- Excellent written and oral command of English and Russian is a must
- Good computer skills is a must
