Digital Specialist

  • Being responsible for the digital support of a brand/brands/company;
  • Monitor, measure, and analyse campaigns performance metrics, digital activities data and market research findings on a weekly basis and be able to immediately identify and react to changes;
  • Assisting in planning, executing experiments and conversion tests;
  • Conducting consumer surveys to determine which methods of digital marketing are the most effective;
  • Interacting with digital agencies;
  • Working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrics) and create reports;
  • Interacting with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.


  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrix)
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Experience utilizing affiliate marketing, social networking and mobile applications preferred.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Upper Intermediate English.
