PURPOSE FOR POSITION:
Contribute to the achievement of the company goals, by providing a proactive and effective HR support, maintaining close contact with the line managers and employees, and optimizing and executing the human resources policies and processes to ensure the recruitment, training, retention and motivation of quality talents.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all HR operations in LGRU (Organization, HR Systems, Training, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations).
- Establish the HR policies and processes in line with the corporate policies and processes; ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Support organizational effectiveness and competitiveness across the company (identify critical skills, enhance people management and development)
- Ensure Corporate culture is well established in the company.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
Education: Bachelor degree
Experience: Five years of experience in the HR with 2-3years in the Management role, Familiar with Russian labor law.
Language: English and Russian(Fluent)
Dynamic, passional, customer-oriented with good listening skill and pragmatic professional
Excellent interpersonal skills
Leadership to influence transversally, engage others and drive projects to execution
