- Overall responsible to drive sales and ensure business development for Milling/Feed Milling/Grain Storage in CIS market territory.
- Responsible for Orders Released and lead generation in CIS.
- Travel and visit customers 70% of work time.
- Support preparation of CS quotations & ensure the follow up with the customers.
- Follow-up of quotes / payments / deadlines.
- Ensures the required transparency in CIS market territory (market, potential, competitor activities, customer trends, etc.).
- Ensures an efficient customer support in CIS market territory.
- Consult customers on maintenance and operation of the production lines.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to increase business activities in the territory.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Ensures that the relevant data in CRM is up to date.
Required education & Experience:
- Engineering degree, mechanics, electrics or automation
- 5 years in manufacturing or maintenance, preferably in grain-related or food industry
- 3-5 years Sales Experience
- Experience as technician and/or engineering project manager
- Professional competence
- Has the ability to develop technical/technological ideal solutions with and for the customers (i.e. interpretation of flow sheet, layouts, etc.)
- Has the ability to conduct sales conversations and contract negotiations
- English on B2 level, German is an asset
- Has an excellent command of presentation- and negotiation techniques
- Has an excellent command of sales- and relationship management
- Food or Grain industry expertise (i.e. technologist, production manager)
- Has excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with diverse people and cultures “Techno Sales type”
- Has a trustworthy and reliable personality and is able to build up and network cooperative relationships
- Has a great multicultural understanding
- Is willing to perform extra services to achieve the objectives
- “Hands-On” mentality
