Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Strategy
• Build & plan the overall digital marketing strategy for the region in the alignment with HQ digital marketing strategy.
• Implement the strategy for the region with special focus on innovative and volume forming products.

Social Media

• Implementation of social media strategy in relevant social media networks (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Vk.com).
• Localization and implementation of editorial calendar and power launches from HQ.
• Ensuring a close coordination of community management with customer service and appropriate platform implementation.
• Ensuring best in class approach to social media communication and application of innovative and most effective methods.
• Build and implement strategy on working with influencers.

Website

• Monitor up-to-date state of website.
• Support of landing pages localization.
• Creation of local landing pages in case of neccessity.
• DTC (direct to customer) model implementation.

SEA

• Coordination of agency on SEA campaigns.
• Implementation of special SEA campaigns in collaboration with agencies.

SEO

• Implement SEO strategy on the website.
• Localize rich texts and other materials in accordance to SEO strategy in cooperation with the agency.

Community management
• Build and implement community management strategy

Activations with E-partners
• Build and implement online activations for focus products and innovations.
• Coordination of creative campaigns planning and implementation.
• Special projects on online activations creation and implementation.

Content
• Content syndication tool start and support.
• Content creation and localization in case of necessity.

Digital transformation
• Knowledge sharing within RU/CA/CAU team.

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Experience working in digital marketing in western companies or digital adverting agencies 3 years minimum preferable
• Fluent English language
