Sales Executive ( Tajikistan, Turkmenistan & Mongolia)

  • Executing Central Asian countries distribution relations and export transactions process
  • Conducting sales strategies and action plans in order to reach sales targets in the assigned area
  • Analysing market and country conditions, product needs and developing product line up for relevant markets
  • Creating price maps and positioning brands and products accordingly
  • Following up the price of the goods and ensuring coordination between the customer and the finance department
  • Following developments in the market and giving feedbacks
  • Maintaining the security risk balance of the current clients and taking relevant measures when necessary
  • Preparing and presenting monthly sales reports
  • Determining short and long term (1 year to 5 years) sales plans in line with the company’s vision and mission
  • Collecting sales forecasts on time by considering product groups hot seasons, upcoming important events & dates and other relevant indicators
  • Managing existing distributors & channels and having the updated know-how of main competitors and candidates in the responsibility area.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Engineering or Industrial Engineering (master’s degree is a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in Englis
  • No restriction for traveling and staying for a long/short time abroad
