Sales Representative

Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed
business targets, managing personal time and productivity.
• Negotiate and close the orders.
• Prepare commercial offers, calculate and estimatecvosts of service jobs and/or supply of
materials.
• Analyze and provide timely, accurate market information to management, such as status of
competitive activities and "red flag" issues related to business in the region.
• Undertake proposals of assigned service products, including the calculation of sales prices by
applying the discounts strategy in place and using the appropriate quoting tool IQ2.
• Develop and maintain good customer relationships at all levels within the area and ensure
customer satisfaction.
• Develop CTS Products presentations; carry out the sales presentations to customers; active
participation in development of Action plan for the promotion of new CTS products.
• Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant information in the established forrms and
time limits by updating the direct manager and CTS BLM with customer visit reports, sales
results, opportunities and quotation status info.
• Cooperate with Finance department to improve the performance of receivables & overdue;; take
all necessary measures and actions to eliminate overdue.
• Liaise with colleagues (from other divisions) handling capital equipment sales to co-ordinate
activities where appropriate to maximize customer relationship and business outcome wherever
possible.
• Attend sales meetings and ensure that all subsequent action required is undertaken.
