- Managing all aspects of the trade marketing activations in accordance to Brand grid of full year.
- Plan, develop and execute trade marketing strategy.
- Analyzing the brand current strategy, propose new

- Measure the success of you campaigns.
- Prepare and present campaigns results.
- Educate our customers about our products and services
- Implementing of marketing strategy, localizing a brand plan and brand strategy and ensuring all aspects of the product or companies marketing and activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand
- Creating an enduring brand message that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share
- Championing the brand/category activities making sure all elements of the company understand the brand and its goals.
- Managing external agencies and ensuring marketing budgets are met
- Development of promotional INSTORE activities, implementation/production, coordination: using all tools: ATL (all related materials), BTL, INTERNET, INSTORE (all channels).
- Developing high quality and effective marketing materials. (POSM) that align correctly with the overall brand strategy.
- Budget planning, operation, reporting.
- Working closely with all parts of the company to ensure commercial goals of the bran/category are met.
- Collection, processing and analysis of information about the market, the demand for products, the evaluation of competitiveness of the company's products
- Monthly Reports: Shop Check, Budget Fact/Forecast
- Presenting the brand strategy to directors and sales and marketing teams at internal/external meetings and conferences
- Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximizing all opportunities for growth Sourcing suppliers and products that fit with the context of the brand
- Previous experience working as a trade marketing specialist / trade marketing specialist Assistant ideally within a similar industry min 2 years
- High education
- Experienced PC user (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Sociability, responsibility, creativity, availability of management skills, impeccable analytical skills, commitment
- Experience of the full marketing mix is essential
