Customer Marketing Specialist

DUTIES:

  1. Managing all aspects of the trade marketing activations in accordance to Brand grid of full year.
  2. Plan, develop and execute trade marketing strategy.
  3. Analyzing the brand current strategy, propose new
  4. Focus on the experience and success of current customers.
  5. Measure the success of you campaigns.
  6. Prepare and present campaigns results.
  7. Educate our customers about our products and services
  8. Implementing of marketing strategy, localizing a brand plan and brand strategy and ensuring all aspects of the product or companies marketing and activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand
  9. Creating an enduring brand message that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share
  10. Championing the brand/category activities making sure all elements of the company understand the brand and its goals.
  11. Managing external agencies and ensuring marketing budgets are met
  12. Development of promotional INSTORE activities, implementation/production, coordination: using all tools: ATL (all related materials), BTL, INTERNET, INSTORE (all channels).
  13. Developing high quality and effective marketing materials. (POSM) that align correctly with the overall brand strategy.
  14. Budget planning, operation, reporting.
  15.  Working closely with all parts of the company to ensure commercial goals of the bran/category are met.
  16. Collection, processing and analysis of information about the market, the demand for products, the evaluation of competitiveness of the company's products
  17. Monthly Reports: Shop Check, Budget Fact/Forecast
  18. Presenting the brand strategy to directors and sales and marketing teams at internal/external meetings and conferences
  19. Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximizing all opportunities for growth Sourcing suppliers and products that fit with the context of the brand

 

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience working as a trade marketing specialist / trade marketing specialist Assistant ideally within a similar industry min 2 years
  2. High education
  3. Experienced PC user (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  4. Sociability, responsibility, creativity, availability of management skills, impeccable analytical skills, commitment
  5. Experience of the full marketing mix is essential
