Our client (well-known international company, specialized in services for society) is looking for the person, who will be a key part for the TeleSales function.
- Sales management and leadership of the online language training business for customers (B2C) from scratch.
- Department team management and development including staff number growth from a current number.
- Market analysis with an aim of business-process optimization and development
- Proactive participation in strategic marketing planning to increase online and offline leads generation, in cooperation and with support of central marketing team.
- Management of offline and online leads conversion and improving sales funnel and conversions in the Telesales department.
- Achievement of monthly and annual budget and targets.
- Management of and participation in PR events, government relations and relations with local community.
- Assuring quality of the services in accordance with company regulations.
- Recruitment and selection of new staff in accordance with company rules and labor codes.
- Control of department’s costs within limits of budget.
- No less than 4 years of experience in TeleSales function
- Business development, funnel and sales management
- Strong analytical skills, team player, critical thinking
- Level of English – at least Upper-Intermediate
- Medical insurance
- KPI system
