Area sales manager Central Region

Duty:



  • Sale of water pump equipment for different segments such as: Construction, Energetics, Municipal water utilities, Agriculture, Retail.
  • Working with existing Distributors network by defining conditions, sales targets and join activity
  • Personal guiding set of the dealers, including daily support and perspective development
  • Development of the key segments such as: Developers and Civil Construction, Engineering companies
  • Working on construction business projects directly and using specialized dealers
  • Management of sale team located in Moscow office and remotely ( 5 person in total )
  • Target settings and monitoring of the progress 
  • Contracts, sales conditions, bonus letters, claims etc support and solving
  • Pricing policy control
  • Resolving of conflict situation among dealers
  • Responsibility on setting and fulfillment sales budget of the region
  • Preparation of sales activity action plans for future periods and per customers
  • Defining proper equipment in union with presales department and customer needs
  • Competitors activity, pricing and product information control and collection on special projects.

Requirements:



  • Sales experience in various industries with complicated technical solutions or equipment preferably in international company
  • Preferable experience in Engineering solutions for Civil Construction and experience with major construction companies
  • Advanced level of interpersonal communication and sales expertise. Person supposed to be the best sales person in the team
  • Proven personal development track in sales (starting from cold phone calls and finding key decision makers and coming to

 sales team education, guiding and conflicts resolving)



  • Experience in organization and daily management of sales team
  • Analytical ability and high level of personal expertise
  • High level of personal responsibility and independency in taking decision
  • System approach
  • Working experience within international or market leader company is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of PS (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Good enough, both spoken and writing
