Head of Corporate University

Main responsibilities:

  • Organizational work of the Corporate University as a center for trainings and development, as well as a center for the development of the company's corporate culture;
  • General management of the Corporate University, continuous research and implementation of the new technologies and best practices to improve the company's training and development system;
  • Development of the short-term and long-term strategy of the Corporate University, creation of the corporate knowledge base;
  • Development of the policies, procedures, regulations, standards and other regulatory documents in terms of the training and development of personnel;
  • Preparation of the academic plans, identification of the needs for different target groups, interaction with the managers of the production holding;
  • Regular trainings in various ways (trainings, coaching, round tables, conferences, webinars involving both external providers and internal managers);
  • Interaction with external providers, negotiation and participating in tenders (including foreign counterparts);
  • Evaluation of the effectiveness of trainings and quality control of programs, assessment and analysis of the results of trainings, making reports;
  • Development of educational and methodological materials for lectures, practical classes, exams, adaptation of the normative documentation for various divisions;
  • Maintain functionality of the "Distance Learning" system;
  • Full administration and budgeting of the Corporate University;
  • Responsibility for the life support of the Corporate University: working with providers, signing contracts, quality control of the work performed, financial support, reporting;
  • Participation in all projects of the Corporate University and HR Department.

Knowledge, skills and necessary work experience:

  • Experience in creating Corporate University / Learning Center;
  • Diploma (personnel management, psychological, pedagogical);
  • Experience in the creation of trainings and staff development systems (at least 5 years);
  • Experience in managing training and development programs of personnel in the HR-structure of the company (at least 3 years);
  • Knowledge in the methodology of trainings, experience in leading of trainings;
  • Knowledge of the basics of creating and functioning of the Distance Learning Systems;
  • Experience in the interaction with external providers, including foreign ones;
  • Personal competencies: communication skills, flexibility, management skills, excellent organizational skills, results orientation, high self-organization, stress-resistance;
  • Fluent English;
  • Knowledge of the best practices in creating a learning system, including foreign ones.

Conditions:

  • Federal project including creation of the huge infrastructure (educational buildings, conference rooms, library and media library, hotel, a dining room, sports zone).
