HR Specialist

Duties:



  • Personnel record keeping (employment, changes, dismissal, personal files, labor books, etc.)
  • Data input to 1C for payroll calculations
  • Managers’ and employees’ consultations on labor law
  • WorkDay support – new employees, consulting, reports
  • Civil agreements (agreement and acceptance acts)
  • Paper processing (insurance companies, recruitment agencies, etc.)
  • Local policies and procedures update/changes and IMS input
  • Co-ordination with bookkeeping and administrative departments on the related issues

Requirements:



  • Relevant University degree; preferably psychology, sociology, HRM;
  • Very good knowledge of Russian labor law;
  • Advanced MS Office skills – strong Excel skills for qualifying data and compiling reports; 
  • Experience in 1C (8.2 or 8.3);  
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation; 
  • Problem solving and analytical skills;
  • Result-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities; 
  • Good English (written and spoken);
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR function in international company;
  • Experience in Workday would be an asset.
