Regional Sales Manager

Reporting to: General Manager

Job responsibilities:

  • Analysis of retail chains, distributors in the regions and negotiate contracts.
  • Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
  • Achievements of KPI's and the influence on the revenue.
  • Trade-marketing approvement.
  • Accurate reporting and forecasting (volume and spend).

Requirements:

  • Education degree
  • Sales experience in FMCG and proven experience in managing regional customers (LOCAL RETAIL CHAINS, DISTRIBUTORS)
  • Proven results, relations and contacts with the major regional players.
  • Readiness for 50% business trips.
  • Excellent command of English.
