Technical Account Manager

Global expert and a leading supplier of multifunctional Internet solutions for auto business searching for a Technical Account Manager (TAM).



Responsibility



  • Provide technical support to Key Account Manager during pre-sales communications with customers
  • Develop and conduct focus presentations on Audatex products/solutions features to perspective and current customers
  • Develop value propositions per product and per customer
  • Set up and manage project groups to identify and analyse customer’s current needs to optimize claims settlement processes
  • Identify and highlight “weak points” in the claims settlement process of customer to ensure the use of Audatex product(s) will be optimal
  • Provide full support to product sales process from functional requirements collection/analysis to commercial release
  • Prepare products user stories  for the Service Delivery team
  • Organize and conduct regular project status meetings

Must have



A complete understanding of the claims and/or OEM business processes (technical and commercial)



  • Approximately 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry/automotive industry
  • Experience in optimization of internal processes in an insurance company and/or OEM
  • Project management experience
  • An university degree
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working level of English
