HR Manager

Main duties:



  • Acts in strict compliance with corporate Company procedures and regulations
  • Makes up norm staff positions of opening stores (depending on feasibility and personnel expense target)
  • Manages norm staff positions in stores and whole country by considering personnel expense target, takes actions consistently which are approved by HR Department and Country Manager for the stores which exceeds personnel expense target
  • Publishs, updates and follows up job advertisements on career websites, contacts with head hunt agencies if it’s needed and approved
  • Keeps the data of all candidates in a list and reports it to HR Department and Country Manager when it’s needed
  • Gives New Comer Training on time for newly opening stores
  • Visits stores regularly, in line with monthly store visit target, makes face-to-face talk with employees and enters the visits in a full checklist
  • Fills and prepares all reports on time, set by HR Department and/or Country Manager as Permanent Track Report, Personnel List etc.
  • Keeps a close track of Turnover rate on a monthly basis and takes action for a reduced rate
  • Takes active role in setting the KPI’s for Head Office roles
  • Conducts Performance Evaluation Processes in stores and Head Office on time,
  • Responsible for Payroll calculation of bonuses of stores without any mistake
  • Manages legal processes in accordance with Labor Law, focuses on minimizing all potential risks
  • Guarantees as well the sustainability of business by managing back up system for employees, while making the career management for all employees. Manages all career functions (rotation, assignment, promotion etc.) in line with planned time sheet without any mistake
  • Responsible for providing the confidentiality of all information related with employees and company
  • Thinking strategically regarding Organisational Structure, Competency&Development and Culture&Engagement continuously to improve the company standarts

 



Competencies:



  • Fluent English
  • Proved strong experience in recruitment
  • Experience in HR management 5 + years
  • Good Excel knowledge
  • Good knowledge of Labor Code of KZ
  • Good knowledge of salary accruals in 1C — 8
