Head of Sales Department

Responsibilities:



  • Leads motivates and develops a team of outside sales people by example and aligned with national and divisional sales strategy;
  • Translates   the overall sales strategy of the region into strategies and execution plans for the local sales team and executes those;
  • Identifies business opportunities and develops relevant local strategies for the respective market segments;
  • Increases market share and profitability;
  • Keeps abreast of latest trends in sales effectiveness and adopts new sales approaches in order to expand client base and increase revenue;
  • Develops and maintains a business relationship with the key customers;
  • Manages actively all sales channels (direct/distribution/contractor/catalogue/telesales).

Requirements:



  • Technical background plus additional sales trainings or Business background with additional technical trainings;
  • Experinece in sales/business development of Industrial solutions not less than 5 years (preferably Mesurement equipment);
  • Management skills and experience of leading a team;
  • Understanding the basics of Measurement (Preasure,Temperature, Level, Flow, Force);
  • Can describe the common used applications of measurement equipment;
  • Segment knowledge in respective areas (Oil&Gas, Chemi&Petrochemi, Energy);
  • English – upper-intermediete.
