Key Processes (Ownership/Participation):
- Responsibility for budget achievement within own territory;
- Ensure products stocked ahead of competitor material;
- Build strong personal relationships with distributor partners.
- Support contractor loyalty program;
- Provide contractors with regular project leads;
- Regular call cycle for main diffused market contractors.
- Follow up all commercial projects to gain specifications;
- Maintain and operate projects through project tracking system;
- Build strong relationships with top specifiers within territory;
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of territory;
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of competitor products and strategies;
- Introduce new products into territory;
- Develop strategy to achieve own territorial targets;
- Effective expense control and company car maintenance;
- Make 4 productive visits per day;
- Develop basic selling skills and product/technical knowledge – must have covered minimum training in these areas;
- Will cover provincial territory outside of main cities.
- Qualified candidate would be a specialist with a strong understanding of sales process and deep knowledge of modern construction business methods and techniques;
- Technical/Engineering University degree is a must.
The potential candidate for the above-mentioned role at the company should have following skills:
- Not less than 3 years proven and successful sales / customer support / after sales experience within western companies;
- Specialization: industrial/construction/building companies;
- Experience leading projects independently or in team;
- Excellent technical skills;
- Good analytic, planning and organizational skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- English – working level.
