Identify opportunities on Key Accounts, to create strategy and long-term business plan of KA
Understand current situation and needs of the client
Develop trade term conditions, promotional plan, service plan and budget
Coordinate with Sales Development and Marketing teams to develop the Trade Account Plans
Lead negotiations & effective collaborations, initiating terms & conditions within approved budget.
Forecasting: control of accurate forecast provision customer
Keep the day to day management of the KA, holding meetings and negotiations with managers, visiting Point of Sales in order to control & monitor product visibility and prices
Monitor and control the account plan implementation, sell in, sell-out analysis
Assortment development (product availability, forecasting and listing novelties in accordance with launch plans)
Control range and product availability of Key Accounts in charge (the presence of the full range of authorized assortment in each format).
Analyze POS information to adapt and improve the account plans
Coordinate with Planning, Sales Development and Financial Teams to follow the evolution of service KPIs, GTN level, DSO and DPO
Coordination and development merchandizing projects with Merchandizing and Marketing teams
Accuracy in reporting & business reviews for internal & external projects
3+ years of KA management experience;
Preferably: working experience in FMCG retail business: assortment and merchandizing process, promotion & advertisement strategy; data analytics; tools and methods, which allow to increase sales of certain products within categories.
